- 1999: The Crown Green Court Management Company Limited was actively established to manage the upkeep and communal grounds of the development
- 2017: The freehold of the building was acquired from the original developer and a company (Crown Freehold Limited) set up to hold ownership
- Present: Ongoing lease extensions to 999 years are underway via Crown Freehold Limited, transitioning the property framework toward direct ownership by the residents
- Future: Once all the apartments have extended their leases to 999 years the company will be wound up and the freehold given to Crown Green Court Management Company Limited, of whom all 18 apartments are shareholders. At that point the apartment owners will truly own the freehold to their apartments
